You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except as the law allows or as our Terms of Service permit. The WordPress plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later.
Trademarks and independence
WordPress, WP and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. UrKavach is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress, the WordPress Foundation, Google or any other third party named on this site.
“UrKavach” and the UrKavach logo identify our service. Please do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or that could confuse people about who provides a service without our written permission. Other product and company names on this site are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners.
Third-party software and materials
UrKavach includes open-source software and some interface icons adapted from Feather (MIT licence) and Lucide (ISC licence). Their licence texts and notices are on our open-source notices page. It can also use third-party services such as Google APIs, whose terms apply to those services.
Your content
You keep the rights in the content and data you and your websites provide. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you, as set out in our Terms and Privacy Policy. Logos and other material you upload for white-label reports must be yours to use or used with permission.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on our site or in our service infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@urkavach.com with: what work or mark you own, where the material is (a link), your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to material and notify the person who supplied it.
