Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
Every new account can try UrKavach free for 14 days without payment details. You are never charged automatically when the trial ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Billing & plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep full access until then and are not charged again.
Refunds
Payments already made are not refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise or where we agree a refund in writing for a service failure on our side. Please use the free trial to check that UrKavach fits your needs before you subscribe.
Changing plan
When you switch to another plan, the new plan starts once its payment is confirmed and the previous subscription is cancelled at that point. Unused time on the old plan is not credited.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we will email you and keep your service running for 7 days. If it is still unpaid after that, monitoring pauses until payment succeeds. Your data is not deleted because of a paused subscription.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Banks can take several business days to show them.
